[ILUG] Slightly OT - Linux PPC CD's or DVD's

Ditched the desktop and went for a shiny new iBook always with the 
intention of getting Linux onto it even if I know that Airport, for 
example, is still not supported.

Had this bit of kit a couple of months and must say I'm quite impressed 
with OSX but missing Linux a lot. One issue with the Mac is that I can 
find very little free or affordable software. This is where my problems 
have set in. Have downloaded the ISO images for both Yellow Dog and 
Debian only to find that burning to a CDR is very hit and miss under 
OSX. I am aware of a program called Toast but at €79 this quite frankly 
scares me to death. I have managed to achieve one bootable Yellow Dog 
CD, after creating many coasters, but the install will fail on the 
second image (documentation on burning with supplies OS software I have 
found to be pretty non-existent)

I am not looking for the solution to my OSX problem here, I'm trying to 
establish that under the Apple forums, but does anybody, in Dublin City 
Centre area, have some up to date Yellow Dog or Debian PPC CD's that 
they could burn for me?
