An alternative approach might be to try and track down the actual problems
and complain about the lack of Accessibility as it is often the easiest
way to get a system that will serve all users.

The FAQ seems to only imply that they have not had the chance to test
against Linux but that it does work with both Internet Exploder and
Netscape

sticking point, and although it might be awkward I dont see any reason in
principle why the system wouldn't work with Linux.
(No problems here, I can even see the Revenue logo test applet on the
requirements page.)
