[ILUG] [OT] PDF v1.3 from OpenOffice

Hi all,

very briefly, does anyone know if OpenOffice can be persuaded to write PDF
Version 1.3 instead of 1.4 which appears to be the default?

A colleague to whom I've recommended OOo is having difficulties as people
keep telling him his PDF is corrupt.  The file command informs me that it's
v1.4, so I think they probably just have old versions of acrobat reader.

I can of course do:

	pdf2ps file.pdf
	ps2pdf13 file.ps

for him, but that's not a great solution in general.
