.csv means 'comma separated values' It is a plain text file with all
the fields separated with a comma - ie this,is,a,csv,line
I could see some possible 'issues' with the newline but other than
that .csv's will open in any text viewer, Speadsheet app, or god
forbid, emacs.
.csv's dont hold any formating marks regardless of what app u use to
open it. But the advantage is it will open anywhere. Like Java write
once, open anywhere
