Yes, it's just an ISDN line.  You can use it with any ISP which 
supports ISDN.  It's still "dialup Internet", but it's faster than 
analogue modems.  The connection speed is 64kbps (128 if you can use 
both channels), and connection itself is *much* quicker than with an 
analogue modem (about 2 seconds as opposed to 40).  You still pay per 
minute, though, unless you go with an anytime-style plan.
