A lot of the big corporates, and government are Microsoft infested. 
However the general trend is away from IIS among web designers. The 
availability of Frontpage extensions for Apache have a lot to do with it 
as it is now cheaper to host Microsoft webdevs on *nix servers/boxes. 
This allows the hosters to limit their Microsoft exposure to just the 
Windows box running Microsoft SQL server.

Just preliminary data on identified active com/net/org/info/biz Irish 
webservers returning webserver identifiers:

.com -  Apache: 16356 Microsoft: 8846
.net -  Apache:  1965 Microsoft: 864
.org -  Apache:  1391 Microsoft: 549
.biz -  Apache:  321  Microsoft: 105
.info - Apache:  296  Microsoft: 127
