[ILUG] Best way to upgrade a laptop drive

I have a laptop running fedora core 2. It's currently a 60GB disk with
three partitions (swap, boot, /). I'm out of space so I've bought an
80GB disk to replace it. My question is: what's the easiest way to
transfer the data from my old disk to my new one.
Here are the constraints:
1. My laptop can only hold one hard disk at a time.
2. I don't have an adaptor which will let me use a 2.5" drive in a desktop.
3. I'd really like to avoid having to reinstall the OS (actually, it's
more apps like oracle that I'd hate to reinstall)
I do have a network share available but I can't figure out how I copy
the hard disk image onto the network in a way that I can easily
reinstall it onto a clean, fresh disk.
Am I missing something?
