[ILUG] surfcontrol VS

Just wondering if anyone is using Surfcontrol's VS Webfilter V3.0 I have
it running on a SUSE server and am having trouble getting the LDAP user
authentication to run , ive configured LDAP and pointed it at the
openLDAP server and imported all the users without issue, but when they
are prompted to authenticate is simply doesn't work. Anyone had similar
issues?
