[ILUG] Site replication

Hi,

I've a customer who requires site replication. They have a VPN in place
so they can share files but obviously there are issues if someone opens
the same file twice etc.

Does anyone know of any software package (commercial) to do the
following:

1) replicate data once daily or what ever is feasible over 2mbit/s DSL
2) present a virtual server on both sides containing the same data
3) monitor all files in the "share" on both servers and lock a file on
both sides if open on either side
4) replicate changes at night intelligently

I don't think rsync would do in this case, because it needs to be a
intelligent about it and perhaps email a report to the admin each day
saying which files are updated etc.

At the mo' they have 2xwindows servers, 1 either side.
