[ILUG] Still no joy with Eircom hotspot

For the moment this is untrue, in that the system in its test phase is 
free to access. However, it is quite likely that they want you to read 
a page or two of blurb and click OK, agreeing to give away your first 
born under unspecified conditions etc. etc.  Once you've done that, 
they start to route your IP. So, fire up a browser and surf anywhere at 
all - if the supposition is correct, you will be redirected to the 
afore mentioned page.

This is how Eircom's free wireless in Dublin Airport worked (for loose 
values of 'worked') so it's definitely worth a try.
