I presume (starting the stoking process...) that it is not intended to
prevent you being recompensed for your costs. After all, the
'consideration' in a residential property sale / purchase is not the
entire amount spent by either the buyer or seller.
In any case, it's easily dealt with by having people purchase the media on
which you will subsequently make the copy and without violating the letter
(and possibly the spirit) of the license...
