[ILUG] pop3 services on fedora core 3

Currently I am trying to set up a mail server on fedora core 3. I have bind and sendmail set up and configured but I need to set up pop services so a client can retrieve emails form my mail server. I am working of old documentation but apparently with red hat 9 all you needed to do was install the imap rpm from the disks and change the "disable" line in /etc/xinet.d/ipop3.

This does not seem to be the case anymore with fc3. So I was wondering what is the easiest way to set up POP3 services on fc3.
