[ILUG] OSS in Naas CBS

I am really interested in the Open Source software in Naas CBS 
http://www.linux.ie/articles/naascbs.php.  I have been trying to talk to 
someone who knows about this with no success.  (I believe Gavin O'Gorman 
is the man, but I am having no success getting an email address for him).

Can anyone suggest anyone else I need to contact on this, or perhaps 
even get Gavin to email me at this address?
