If such a company operated, say, JCB diggers, and their digger mechanic 
upped and left, and they had to hire a new one, would they not ensure 
that they hired a JCB mechanic? Of course it must be hard for a small 
company, with one admin, when said admin leaves. How do they hire a 
replacement? I guess they use a recruitment agency (says he, blessing 
himself, touching wood, and frantically looking for a black cat).
