[ILUG] Zyxel Error

I installed the driver from sourceforge , iam on debian 64bit

When i do amstart.sh i get

FATAL: Module ctc32 not found.
Launching driver in normal mode...
FATAL: Error inserting amedyn
(/lib/modules/2.6.8-10-amd64-k8/kernel/drivers/usb/amedyn.ko): Invalid
module format

And its stops then... has it something to do with my machine being 64bit?
I set the flags in the makefile to be for the athlon 64

Please help!!!
