You can either use HFC based ISDN cards, they are around 20 eur at Marx
computers, as Niall O Broin allready pointed out. 

The same cards (brand: Billion) are also available from komplett.ie.
Exactly the same 20 eur last time i looked.

The other choice is a AVM Fritz! card, which is CAPI based. These cards
aren't to deer either. Downside of this card: it can only be used to
connect to a isdn line, where the HFC-S cards can be used for connecting
to line OR for connecting ISDN telephones to them.
