[ILUG] Decent Composite TV with embedded chipset

I'm current looking for a small, quite PC for use as a video player/media
centre. The main problem I'm encountering is that most of the embedded
chipsets only output 800x600 to the composite TV out.

I want if possible a PC which would be too small to thrown an Nvidia or
ATI PCI/AGP card into.

Has anyone any recommendations/horror stories about the various
intregrated graphics chipsets available?
