NetBSD is really nice, quite underrated.

Even 1.6 didn't do /too/ badly, and if you go nearly all the way to 
the bottom, you'll find he also tested NetBSD CURRENT (which went to 
become 2.0) where nearly all the O(n) cases had been fixed to O(1).

The one thing NetBSD doesn't do on UltraSPARC (which Linux does) is 
trap and fixup alignment faults - it SIGBUS's the offending process - 
which can be a problem..
