If a general article which could have been written anywhere is placed on 
the linux.ie site, it is more likely to be seen by Irish Linux users and 
is therefore promoting to and furthering the knowledge of the Irish 
community.

I think the site has very little specifically Irish content.  It could 
have lots of things specifically Irish, like connection methods for all 
the ISPs (from modems to leased lines), including any configuration for 
standard ISP supplied devices or even just a distro support table.   I 
could come up with 25+ Irish Linux questions which could deserve a page 
in response, from how to determine is an IP is an Irish ISP user to how 
best to prepare documents in Irish.
