Nope, but we should expect them to put a lot more thought and
consideration into what they roll out. Effectively destroying the
lexical uniqueness of Domain Names in the name of internationalisation
was a big deal and other ways of dealing with it (like specific IDN
TLD's, or having standards for how similar two homographs can be) could
have been found. It was the registries decision to implement this broken
standard :/
