[ILUG] How to set up a web site?

Or, if they don't expect too much traffic to the site, they could
self-host.  You set up a {linux-based} firewall with a DeMilitarised Zone
{DMZ} connected to a machine hosting the website.  This assumes some spare
hardware hanging around though...
