Up until quite recently (November 2003?) 83.x.x.x addresses were not =

allocated, so firewalls could legitimately block traffic from these =

addresses. They are currently allocated to RIPE (http://www.ripe.net/) =

according to http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space
It seems that some firewall administrators haven't caught up with this =

change...
