[ILUG] Websites blocking access to 83.x.x.x IP addresses

Conall,
Thank you for that. The letter I posted was in reply to one I sent with the 
result of the same trace from my own PC. 

I use tracepath on mandiva LE2005.  tcptraceroute isnt available to me.
