Sorry about this, but does anyone now of a really good Windows help forum / mailing list / IRC channel / bloke? I want to help a out a friend of mine - basically, so that she can spoof her IP address in an email header when she is sending mail with Outlook Express (Kmail can do it really nicely, but she is a technophobe at the best of times).
