[ILUG] Hyperthreading + kernel 2.6

Hi,
I have a PC with P4 with HT enabled running Linux
Kernel 2.6.9. I could able to spawn two kernel threads
in two
logical processors (LP). I would like to know whether
I
can able to run one kernel thread in one LP and user 
process in other LP.
