People in the UK have used a defence of "a virus as what done it, sir",
and I think they were successful.
Depends on how big your cajones are, or whether you really didn't do it.
If you didn't, you should be able
to get some DHCP logs. Though they might suggest that leaving the
wireless network open was
contributory negligence or something. Ask a lawyer I guess.
