[ILUG] Modules and Grub?

Unfortunately the ndiswrapper module isn't being told to load 
from /etc/modules (I'm using Ubuntu), I was trying not to have ndiswrapper 
load up at boot and made sure that ndiswrapper wasn't in /etc/modules.

Any other ideas will be gratefully accepted :)
