Has anybody considered radio? I wouldn't be sufficiently up-to-speed for
an interview (even pre-recorded), but I think Morning Ireland would get
far more immediate attention from everyone (business people and
politicians alike) than an opinion piece in a paper. Given that Europe
is big news at the moment, they could probably fit it in either as a
separate piece or at least as a snippet with the business news.
I did a pre-recorded interview with them about broadband in September
and still have the interviewer's phone number, so...
Any eloquent volunteers? A pre-recorded interview would probably be most
likely, but in live interviews they tend to play Devil's Advocate so
you'd need to be sharp, convincing and yet not sound like a nut to Joe
Public. Alternatively if we can get somebody heavily involved in the
"big" anti-sw patent campaigns who's done lots of sensible audio
interviews before, that might be even better.
