[ILUG] IS web survey

Hi Guys,


I am conducting a web survey as one part of my MSc. in Information
Systems. I would be grateful if anyone  who has experience as a
developer, manager in any kind of information systems applications
MRP,ERP,OAP Business, Banking, Manufacturing, pharmaceutical
applications etc. could spare 5mins to take the survey. As a general
survey some questions will be irrelevant please choose the "neither"
opetion for these.

Please note the information required is very generic and in no way
sensitive to your organisation also the responses are anonymous and will
only be viewed by myself.

Note: One of the main uses of this study will be to look at barriers to
OSS use Informations Systems Development. I plan on making some of my
findings avalble to the ILUG. I would ask that you take this survey only
if you are a genuine IT professional as the number of responses I'm
allowed are limited.

I'm also interested in conducting short phone interviews with anyone
who is involved with a commercial organisations developing or currently
using OSS for IS applications, anyone interested can drop me an email.
