I've no idea how many times I've managed to do something like:

    dd if=flash.img of=/dev/hda

 instead of

    dd if=flash.img of=/dev/sda

 or

 ufsdump /dev/rmt0 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s0 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s3 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s4 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s5

 instead of:

 ufsdump /dev/rmt0 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s0 /dev/rmt0 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s3 \
    /dev/rmt0 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s4 /dev/rmt0 /dev/disks/c0t0d0s5

If you catch it early enough, you'll get *something* back. But I'm not
surprised. If a superblock is dead...there be dragons. Somewhere.
