As far as I know, full NTFS read/write support is provided by this software:
http://www.jankratochvil.net/project/captive/

It uses the original ntfs.sys driver to access the filesystem from what I understand.

Its not "free" like the linux-ntfs project is as you'll need to have the ntfs.sys & ntoskrnl.exe files from a Windows OS. I haven't used
it myself but have always meant to try it at some stage.
