[ILUG] More site updates

I've pushed more updates to the linux.ie site:

All changes are now listed in a Changelog - some will be evident to everybody
and others only if you have the relevant access rights. In short, I've put more
work into the News Postings archive and search engine, along with localisation,
vCards and a bit more.
