I think you could list Brian Crowley (Southern Area) as in favour,
judging from the mails I got back from him. He never specifically said
he was for or against, but I get the impression from his mails that he
supports the directive now because of the parliaments chance for
amendments during second reading.

I didn't ask for permission to make his mails to me public, so I won't
send them on. If you want to read them, I can send them off-list,
presuming they won't be put on the above website.
