It clarified "against" as it was a bit ambiguous: "refers to MEPs being 
against the patentability of software ideas and business methods; this 
does not relect the status of whether or not MEPs are against the 
directive itself."

I won't list any MEP for or against software patentability until I 
receive a definitive answer from that MEP stating his/her position. The 
reponses from all FF MEPs have been circumventive or "I'll bear you 
concerns in mind". Hopefully once they consider the briefing document 
we sent to them they might be more forth coming.
