More or less yes. It's a tiny bit less simple than that in that the
bridging driver acts as a virtual switch (it even has spanning tree and
so on), so the ethernet frames will be switched. So the layer 2 frames
may get munged a bit and not be entirely identical - but this hardly
matters.

A lot of people use the setup for running usermode linux instances, and
it works just great there, so it should work fine :)
