*confusion*
You interchange the two cards (or) you use them both at once ?
If you use them both at once... you'd end up having eth0 and eth1 or
ethN and ethN+1, which would imply that dhcpcd eth0 *woudln't* configure
the second card !!! ! !
If you *interchange* (ie don't have them both connected at once) then
either there is some breakage with MAC addresses (easily fixed), or
there is some breakage with hardware .
