That's not _quite_ the same issue, or more specifically, it's a very 
specific interpretation of a general issue. The question above was how 
to add a disk to an existing an array. Your question answers how to add 
an extra _array_ (i.e. a minimum of two disks, dependong on what raid 
level you're using) to an existing storage system, without sacrificing 
data, uptime or redundancy.
