I suggest you post your email on their usenet group
useing the subject
Dell "next business day warranty" Fraud
Also I suggest that you append all corespondence to the posting so that the
extent of Dells inaction is known in full detail by all.
But NEVER EVER write a nasty letter! Always be reasonable and assertive. It
gets your point accross more clearly!
