 Hi, 
       Thanks for that, i works great now, can't believe I missed that one.
BTW, if I grant all privileges on a database to a user it won't work, i must 
grant all privileges on the table within the database to a user to get it to 
work. I'm not sure at the moment if this is correct or not & it's not causing 
any problems in the setup.
