Re-pack the RPM with a copy of that note, then, get Opera Software ASA
to re-sign the md5sum, and put it up on an ftp site.  Too bad it doesn't
cover future releases, and too bad they're unlikely to modify their
licensing to clarify it.

Oh, wait:  All you've got is that some unidentified person named
"Allison" <allisonk at opera.com> of unknown authority told you it was OK.
