I usually wouldn't get involved in this sort of thread, but I have to
say I agree with Rory on this one.  Both top and bottom posting have
their place depending on the amount of specific context required in a
reply (although I do find bottom posting more useful in most cases).

Due to the hundred message threads that follow a top posting, I would of
course avoid doing so in most public fora - it just saves time.
