I recently set up shared calendars on a client's website (hosted on
Linux) using Web Calendar Pro <www.web-calendar-pro.com>. Having trawled
the web for a suitable application I settled on this one as the best. It
needs mysql to work and is easy to set up. It also exports to vcal and
ecal formats which AFAIK are compatible with Outlook. The only downside
is it is not free. Don't know if this meets your requirements but it's
worth a look.
