Diomedes, can you ping the modem from the PC? out of the box, it lives at 192.168.1.1 also, have you got a the right leds lit on the modem? DSL, and 10/100 should be lit, along with SYS and PWR. I dont *think* you need a crossover cable for PC <-> Modem. more info? keith
