I've been reading this for the past while now and can't believe it's
gone on so long. With all due respect, who cares! Isn't it logical
that, as stated, if you want to make a new point, top post but bottom
post if you want to address previous points. If you're interested in
the thread you'll know what the context of the posts are anyway be
they bottom or top posted. I think most peple edit their posts to keep
only the parts relevant to the points they need to address anyway.
Creating a new point within a mail at the bottom of the quoted segment
is piontless. I myself wouldn't be bothered going to the end of the
message unless it was a particularly interesting thread while I'm
busy.
