Okay - with possibly one exception, and that one's doubtful some days,
most companies in these positions don't have any "anti-Linux" bias or
measures. It's more a case of :
	We have $new_gizmo and we need to sell 30m of them to make a
profit.
	It will cost us $X million to put together a suite of software
for Windows, the most used (if not popular) computer OS - we need to
include something, so we'll include this. Creating a linux version for
the vocal, but tiny minority of our potential users would cost us approx
$4000 per user - it's not worth the cash.

That's the cold, hard, business logic behind these decisions. It's got
very little to do with DRM or with bias towards windows/against
Mac/linux/OS-of-choice but rather the pure and simple cost per user.
Pennies saved during production mean millions of dollars extra profit
for the shareholders, and bigger bonuses for the execs.
