[ILUG] Vodafone offers free months rental for network outage

The Vodafone network went down again today. It was down last week also.
Being worried about the network I naturally rang them up to tell them. Yes
they knew about it. I was told it was down in Dublin and if memory serves
me right in Meath Kildare and Wicklow. I reminded the nice person on the
other end that I was told the same last week. I told them I wasn't happy
and I didn't think much of the service. All of this was done in a nice tone
of voice and I didn't get into a row. The result was that I was offered one
months free rental. It pays to complain about service! I know! I previously
got €120 over 6 months off my bill.
