[ILUG] [OT] recommendations for a web/db/video server please

I'm looking for a non-rack server to meet the following specs and
would appreciate the collective wisdom of the hive-mind:

1) Hardware SCSI RAID with hot-swappable drives. 
2) Redundant power supplies
3) Dual Gigabit Ethernet
4) CentOS 4.1 compatible 
5) Single CPU
6) Some sort of lights-out remote administration.
7) 3 year warranty. Doesn't have to be on-site, but that would be nice :)

This machine is going to be running MySQL, Apache, Darwin Streaming
Server, and a couple of other bits and pieces for about 10 media
terminals.
I have my eye on the HP ML350 G4 or G4p (I like iLo), but would like
to hear recommendations from others. People tend to have their
favourite brands - for example the last place I worked was almost
exclusively HP boxes, hence the above.
Budget is relatively flexible - this will be a test installation for
us so we'd rather overspec than underspec.
Also vendor recommendations would be appreciated.
