These look like topics aimed at a primarily business-interested audience.
Am I correct? Often, knowing what the target audience is helps in deciding
what topics need to be covered. In that light, some other items to
consider:

 - Legal freedoms that come with Free Software
   + BSA audits won't cover Free Software
   + No concern about getting more licenses, just whether to extend
     support contract to cover new users
 - Free Software != no support (an argument I am forced to engage
   in regularly) to expand on your "OSS support systems" item.
 - Explain the incentives for Free Software developers other than
   making money (another question I am often asked: "Yeah, but how
   do they make money?")
