I am very interested in this.  As some of you might know, I have just 
completed my MBS thesis in UCD on the use of Open Source software in a 
fairly big Irish organisation.  The organisation switched from MS to 
StarOffice a few years ago, experienced many problems, and are now on 
the verge of dumping StarOffice to return to MS Office.

I might have something to contribute, as I have looked in detail at why 
the StarOffice implementation was so problematic, and I have a number of 
ideas as to how organisations considering a migration to OSS can make 
the transition "less painful".

Give me a shout if this is what you had in mind.
