[ILUG] Automated patch sending for threaded readers

Howdy,

When submitting a large number of patches, it is considered good etiquette
to have have patch as part of one email thread. i.e. the introduction mail
is sent and each patch appears as a response in threaded email readers.

This is a bit inconvenient when you have to send 10+ patches in one go,
not to mention error prone. I have a fairly simple script that can
construct patch mails and send them through the command "mail". Can anyone
suggest how this could be used to send threaded mails?
